Dr Saleh is well known for his strong track record of results representing foreign clients in Libyan litigation proceedings. After obtaining his Doctorate in Economic Law from Sorbonne, University of Paris, he went on to become a lecturer of law at multiple prestigious organizations. He then worked for the Committee of International Treaties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the World Trade Organization delegation at the Ministry of Economy in Libya.

Mr Zekri graduated with a law degree from Garyounis, University of Benghazi in 1984. After the liberalization of the laws governing the work of lawyers by the Libyan government in 1990, Mr. Zekri began his career as a lawyer pleading before district courts, then the court of appeal, and has been pleading before the Libyan Supreme Court since 2007. He specializes in a variety of legal sectors, particularly Civil and Commercial Law.

After obtaining his Bachelors of Law with an emphasis in Commercial and Corporate law from the University of Buckingham in 2012, Mahmud gained legal experience in the UK by joining the team at MS - Legal Solicitors. In 2013, Mahmud joined Zahaf & Partners as an Associate and has since then built a strong portfolio as a litigator in commercial and civil cases. Mahmud has built extensive experience working on various large-scale projects and advising multinational corporations on Libyan legal proceedings. He has led the legal work in setting up branch offices and joint-venture companies for foreign clients wanting to enter the Libyan market. Mahmud also advises foreign investors on corporate structuring and on their activities in Libya under Libyan Investment law.

AbdulSalam graduated with a law degree from Alasmarya, University of Emsellata in 2009. After qualifying as a lawyer in the Libyan Bar Association in 2010, Abdul Salam did his training at Faraj Ali Abu Rgega law firm, a local Libya law firm, and continued to work with them for 8 years. He began his career as a lawyer pleading before District Courts, with his excellent legal skills and expertise, Abdul Salam is now a Court of Appeal lawyer.

During her career as a lawyer, Sara assisted local and international clients with a variety of legal services. In 2018, Sarah was admitted as a Public Notary and has been assisting on such matters since.
