After graduating from the University of Westminster, Dunia became a legal intern for DWF LLP (Milan Office) where she gained familiarity with the Italian Civil Code while participating in projects for international clients.  

Before joining Zahaf & Partners Law Firm in January 2022, Dunia was a legal trainee at Allen & Overy - Studio Legale Associato for the Banking Team and ICM Team in their Milan office. Partaking in projects with international clients. Highlights of her extensive experience include: 

• Coordinated with lawyers in over 10 jurisdictions in MEA, APAC, and the US for a project assisting an international client update their internal practices to conform with the latest GDPR as well as comply with other privacy regulations in concerned jurisdictions.

• At A&O assisted a pool of 25 national and international banks as lenders on the extension of the revolving facility provided to a telecommunications company and its conversion to an ESG-linked financing arrangement.

• Helped advise several clients concerning the establishment of Branches and Joint Ventures in Libya.

• Drafts and revises labor contracts and internal employment regulations for our clients.
