Since joining Zahaf & Partners Law Firm, Rabia has proven herself as a valuable asset to the firm. She works directly with our international clients and advises on matters relating to commercial, labor, and civil law. After completing her Bachelor's she gained valuable experience working as a Legal Associate at Abdou Law Firm, where she conducted legal research on the Oil and Gas industry in Libya.
Experience:
Extensive experience in data privacy legislation, and has advised several international companies including Spotify and Google on such matters.
Providing labor law advice to foreign and local companies, which includes drafting and editing Internal Work Regulations.
Advising foreign investors on the Libyan Investment law, and the legislations concerning Free-zones.
Providing legal advice to several clients in relation to insurance issues.
Drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts and official documents.
Assisting foreign clients with the establishment of Branch Offices and Joint Ventures in Libya.
