Before pursuing a career as a public notary, Sara practiced as a lawyer for seven years. As a lawyer, she specialized in commercial law, banking law, labor law, and civil law. During her career as a lawyer, Sara assisted local and international clients with a variety of legal services. In 2018, Sarah was admitted as a Public Notary and has been assisting on such matters since.
Assisting the Libyan Qatari Bank (LQB) in establishing a presence in Libya and drafting their company regulations.
After 2011, Sara worked on matters of force majeure
Assisting the French shipping company, CMA CGM with drafting legal documents, labor, and employment matters.
Providing WAW, an Oil Services company, with assistance on legal matters.
Handling cases for Al Andalous Company for tourism investment.
Representing the Libyan Telecom and Information Technology Holding Company in front of Libyan courts.
Regularly establishes LLCs and Ltd's on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Drafts, revises, and notarizes Loan Agreements, Lien, and Share Pledge Agreements.
