Introduction
Mabrouka Kalla, a Junior Associate at Zahaf & Partners Law Firm, earned her law degree from the University of Tripoli in 2020. She became a qualified lawyer and was admitted to the Libyan Bar Association after passing the bar exam. Ms. Kalla then served as an Adviser in Legal and Administrative Affairs for the Libyan Enterprise Development Corporation “Civil Society Foundation.” In this role, she demonstrated expertise in handling legal and administrative challenges, significantly contributing to the Foundation’s goals. In September 2023, she joined Zahaf & Partners Law Firm and has proven to be a valuable member of our corporate litigation team, showcasing her impressive skills.

Experience
Ms. Kalla is representing an array of national and foreign clients in both District and First Instance courts in Libya. She drafts legal memos and statements of claims and complaints that get submitted to the Attorney General’s office and courts in Libya. She also drafts and revises labor contracts and internal employment regulations for our clients.
