Mr. Mohamed Al-Hamali, an Associate at our firm, offers expert legal guidance to both national and foreign clients. Starting his career as an Associate at Tumi Law Firm, he gained extensive knowledge in various legal sectors. He later worked in the Legal Department of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) and was seconded to the National Oil Corporation (NOC) for a period, where he handled complex legal issues and significant administrative duties. Additionally, he has experience in financial compliance, having held senior management functions at an FCA-Authorized Financial Firm. Mr. Al-Hamali’s blend of financial knowledge, legal expertise, and administrative skills enables him to tackle challenges with a well-rounded perspective, providing exceptional value to all of our clients.

Mr. Al-Hamali has skills in drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents, including contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and MOUs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations. He provides legal opinions and legal memorandums to both international and national clients on Corporate Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, and Social Security Law-related matters. He assists clients with the establishment of Branches and Joint Venture companies in Libya, contributing to the expansion of foreign presence in Libya.
